GOO, as it's known in the office, is currently being re-worked to 3.5. Not a ton of changes to be made, but this is easily the most ambitious project every. Like, a few hundred pages from what was once a 64-page adventure. It's gonna be big, and we want to do it right. It will be coming out, hopefully before too long.

the guys at fdp donated TWICE to the ps o'rourkes party. they rock sooo hard. i went by the booth and everyone in it was great, friendly and ready to chat or help.

Do you know if the earlier counters are gonna be redone to match the new 'Face/Reach' requirements in 3.5 which would make all counters square instead of having some be 10'x20' and such?

I'll just chime in and second (or third, or 25th, or whatever) how nice and cool all the Firey Dragon people I talked to were. I got free counters (from the PS O'Rourke's party), bought counters, and bought Cthulhu's Librarian counters for his birthday. Counter-o-rama.

I'll do my best to get our FLGS to order more. Maybe I'll just slip them in on the order sheet, since part of my job is to make suggestions for the game order.

I don't think we'll re-do any of the current packs, but I do expect that we'll use the 3.5 sizes going forward. You may see a new pack or collection that revises old counters coming up soon, but it'll be listed as a new product rather than a "revised" version of an existing one, if that makes sense.

My plan for the current "long" counters was just to mount them on an appropriately sized square of blank index card (or something similar). I think that will work out just fine, particularly as there aren't all that many long counters in the sets that I have.

Well, if my anti-3.5-facing crusade goes well, you should have customers for your back stock counter packs for some time to come.
