Fighter Medusa question

Hmm where is that resounding blow feat from? I have a character that could make some good use of that if I can run it past my DM.

AND, the fighter just leveled-up, and got Devastating Critical as a feat. After checking my notes, every time he crits on them (fights with two short-swords, 8 attacks per round, crit 17+), they have a 75% chance of dying on the spot, before any damage dice are rolled... it's going to be ugly.

Advice ?
What about some mirror image stuff or displacement/concealment? Armour of Fortification? I guess undead templates might make them easy targets for the groups cleric...

Reounding blow is a must-have feat for any melee character with a good crit range and high charisma. In essence, a Paladin fighting with a scimitar will be quite nasty with it. However, one of the prereq is 7 ranks of Intimidate, so it's easier for a Barb or Fighter to get. But if the pally cross-classes intimidate for 7 ranks (14 skill points investment), he will be devastating. Of course, you have to get improved critical to double your chances.

You can find that feat in Book of Exalted Deeds. There's another feat or two in there that are also quite nice for a warrior type.
