Final Destination 4

Weird. I liked the first one. Didn't ever see the second or third ones cause I thought the idea was cool once, but didn't really need to see the idea done again. Apparently they were popular enough though.

I thought the third one wrapped it up nicely. There were no survivors.

Apparently the franchise is being defibrillated.

There were survivors in the last one... the writers, producers, the directors and the studio execs who green lighted the second and third movie. With any luck this time around death will make sure that the franchise dies.

It probably sounds odd, but the Final Destination films are the ONLY films to really scare me.

Since, while yeah the things that happen are incredibly improbable just the concept of having a accident or simply random event would cause someone's death is REALLY frightening to me since I then start going off in my head what could happen to people I know.

Monsters, plagues, serial killers don't scare me since well they don't exist or are extremely rare. Accidents however are everyday.

That being said, yeah only first one was good, rest just scare me concept wise :P

That airplane scene in the first one freaks me out. But then, I've been in that sitatuion twice in real life.

(Not catastrophic, obviously, but one time the door was cracked or something, causing pressure loss; and the other time an engine blew up. I was right over it, too, indeed, mentioned that "Hey, doesn't the feel funny? Engines don't vibrate like that." while we were on the ground.
