Final Fantasy XI beta!

Anyone else sign up for this? I got an E-Mail today from Sony saying that public beta would start in June and they would be sending me a PS2 HDD for use with the beta.

Hopefully it'll go better than the Shadowbane beta for me...

Yep, which makes me feel much better about having signed up for the PS2 beta and not the PC (since only after I signed up for one did I notice you can't do both).

Most certainly. I got lucky on that because I'm having computer issues that won't be resolved for a while. We should try and see if we can meet in the Beta when it comes out. I don't know anyone else who was chosen. You?

Not for the PS2 beta, though I know a few friends who signed up for the PC beta.

Can't wait to make a Red Mage, myself. I'm quite happy that's one of the siz basic classes, having been ignore in FFT.

Beta kit came today. Now I need to get a USB keyboard and get the PS2 set-up for my loca dial-up.

Humm.... and after getting through setting everything up I find my BetaTest Manual has 5 big blank spots where the access codes should be.
