Holy Crap... I have no idea what many of those spells do. Maybe if I had played 4e... Armor of Agathys and Arms of Hadar both sound like someone made them up on the fly... where is good 'ol Snilloc : ) Hellish rebuke, Hex and Witch Bolt sound cool and I can't wait to see what they do too.

lvl 1 evocation, concentration to 1 min. 1d12 lightning damage a round basicly the emperors hands from star wars. if you use higher level spell slots add 1d12 per slot!

According to Mike Mearls, once you attack and try to hide when people have already seen your attack, it should be done at disadvantage. Which makes sense, and uses the existing general disadvantage rules logically.
