Find out info / sign up for a hosted forum?

I've been trying to do this for two months now and if I'm going to do it I need it soon. I want a forum for gameday planning but I'd like to find out how much it costs first.

When I click the "Want one? Click here" thingie I currently get timed out (past two days). Before recently it would bring me to the storefront and the shopping cart but there was no info there on how much a forum is or how I go about getting one.

Help please? The gameday is in 4 weeks so I don't have much time and if this isn't going to work then I need to find another spot.

It's trying to go to RPGNow, which has been down for days. I should have removed the link, though, because you can't get 'em from RPGnow any more.
