No, sickle-chain-iron ball weapon is Kusari-Gama. Manriki-Gusari is a length of chain which has weights on the both end.

That's the one. I still remember an old tale about the samurai and the ronin with the kusari-gama. The bamboo grove stand was inspired tactical planning. I have yet to meet a group capable of thinking like that.
