So regarding the World of Khaas, does anyone have this book? I'm surprised I haven't heard of it before. Is it worth getting?

DaveMage said:When I checked last week, it was sold out (and it's only available from one place AFAIK).
I've tried e-bay but never seen it there.
JVisgaitis said:That sucks and just makes me want it more... Did they do Print on Demand for this?
catsclaw227 said:I am pretty sure they didn't. I bought it very soon after it was released, along with a large laminated map.
If you are familiar with the Arduin Grimoires and/or the Arduin world from the late 70s and 80s, then you would really like this book. It is ALLLLLL fluff and flavor. It has a mix of technology and magic, like the Wilderlands did, and there are some unique races (Deodanth and Phraint).
It is really quite a piece of work.
EDIT: Oh, and the binding isn't very sturdy. While all the pages are intact, the spine looks like I've had it for about 20 years.
I've got the black hardcover, very simple with gold writing on the cover.DaveMage said:Did you get the hardcover or softcover?
