Oops. I've always played that you had to have Quick Draw to benefit from a full attack action with a bow. Is that wrong? Drawing ammunition is free? I guess I'm a tough ol' DM.
Just a note on real staff styles and uses. You don't always have 2 hands on the staff. In some of the forms I know many of the strikes are done with only 1 hand on the staff. ( I study Shaolin Kungfu N and S styles) This is where it would actually make sence not to give the 1.5 damage when using this monk weapon as many times it may only be used with 1 hand.
