I think Combat Medic is another PrC that has been used of late for entrance to the FL. It can continue Bard or Druid Casting while granting evasion at 4th level.

Divine Oracle grants Evasion also

I think you need evasion as a class feature.

Why? Evasion is evasion. If you've got it you meet that requirement.

Yup. But losing your ring and then losing 10 levels of class abilities kinda sucks.
