[For Psion] What Books do you actually use?

Saw this in Psion's .sig, and figured I'd make a thread of it:

Books used last session: Core books, Masters of Arms, d20 Modern, Modern Player's Companion, Second World Sourcebook, Arsenal, Factory, Inns & Taverns, Spells & Spellcraft, Quintessential Sorcerer, Pact System doc. What books do you actually use?

Books used last session: Core rules (duh), Dynasties and Demagogues, CBoEM (for spells)

For next session, the above plus: Midnight, Chaositech, and d20 Call of Cthulhu.

Often used but not this time: Freeport: City of Adventure, Bluffside: City on the Edge, Denizens of Freeport, Tales of Freeport, Quintessential Rogue (for thieve's guild rules), AEG's Empire (for domain rules).

Not sure if the following count, because although we're using stuff from them, they're not usually at the table: Arcana: Societies of Magic (for Wizard Slayer class, among other things), Complete Warrior (for Spellsword), FRCS (Blooded feat).

For character creation I open up the entire library. If someone wants to play a Thri-Kreen with some fancy Midnight lineage and an Arcana Unearthed class, I let them. I might work out a specialized ECL or exp payment per level, but I'll let them. It isn't just my game after all, it's theirs too. I can get away with this because I'm the biggest powergamer in the group and there isn't much they can throw at me that I can't pound them back with five times over. (My players are always a bit jittery, never really figured out why).

When playing I try to stick to whatever books the DM has. Well. Except for Relics and Rituals because there are some pretty cool spells in there.

But in general: core books and classbooks. I'll probably petition to use UA when I get it.

Books used last session:
Core
MMII
FRCS
Silver Marches
Complete Warrior
Minis Handbook
E-tools (not a book, but deserves a nod I used the ... heck out of this)
Dragon mag.
Races of Faerun
Anger of Angels (Malhavoc)
Arms & Eq guide
edit: forgot Unearthed Arcana (WotC) we use some of the variants there.

That's about it.
Monsters of Faerun gets used quite often as well.

Thaumaturge.

I can't possibly list all the books I use in a "normal" session here. Every player has taken something for their character from a different book (that's more than 6 books beyond the core books right there). I use monsters from more than 8 books in a session (whether it's a few big mixed encounters, or a series of encounters)...

Used last game:
Core 3
Unearthed Arcana (XP system, Whirling Frenzy, Rogue w/ Fighter Feats, Battle Sorceror)
NetBook of Creatures (Drakes and Drages)
Stone to Steel by Monkey God (use misc armor and weapons)

Used in past games and/or for background/inspiration:
Toolbox by AEG
MMII
Creature Catalog 1 & 2 by Sword and Sorcery
Bastards and Bloodlines by Green Ronin
Strength and Honor: Hobgoblins of Telene by Kenzer
Dwarves by Mayfair (Role Aids)
Dwarves of Rockhome
World Builder by Troll Lord/Gygax
EveryOne Else by Natch20 Press
Book of Taverns by Necromancer

Software:
Soviler/Sage SRD
Jamis Buck's NPC Gen w/ 3.5 upgrades
PCGen (fed by NPC gen)

And lots of imagination, paper, pencils, and dice.

In use from character creation:
Player's Handbook
Dungeon Master's Guide
Complete Warrior
Unearthed Arcana
Oriental Adventures

In use last session:
Player's Handbook
Dungeon Master's Guide
Monster Manual
Unearthed Arcana
Book of Vile Darkness

This is a cool idea for a thread. Here's what I've used lately. I've run a bunch of one-shots, so I'm going to list the past four or so sessions.

Last Game:
Nothing but dice. I ran a Conan-style game using my cinematic stunt rules for d20. They reside in my head, not in a rulebook, at least for now.

Game Before That:
Arcana Unearthed, Legacy of the Dragons (AU monster book)

Game Before That:
PHB, DMG, MM, Return to Temple of Elemental Evil, Draconomicon, Complete Warrior

Game Before That:
PHB, DMG, MM, Fiend Folio, Monster's Handbook, Book of Hallowed Might, Complete Warrior, Cityworks, Dungeoncraft

Last game I ran, last Saturday:

PHB & DMG, but nothing from the MM.
Unearthed Arcana (using some variant rules)
Fang & Fury (Green Ronin)
2nd Edition Monstrous Compendium Annual (converted a couple monsters to 3e)
Psionics HB
Mindscapes (Malhavoc)
Arcana Unearthed (Malhavoc) - using Mageblade as a core class in my world
IK Gunmage & Firearms PDF's
Secret College of Necromancy (Green Ronin) - for some spells found

Books Used

Books Used Every Session (or almost):
Three core books (of course)
Book of Vile Darkness
Book of Exalted Deeds
Draconomicon
Complete Warrior
Sword and Fist
Greyhawk Gazetteer
d20 CoC (The yuan ti worship Yig [psychotic giggle])

Books In My Pack, Used Occasionally:
Deities and Demi-gods
Manual of the Planes
Arcana Unearthed
Unearthed Arcana
MM II
Savage Species

Books I Own That Are Used Every Once In A While:
Fiend Folio
Book of Challenges
Monsters of Faerun
Relics and Rituals I & II
Creature Collections I & II

I own several other books that I almost never use, but most I do enjoy reading, so I hang on to them…the original Fiend Folio would fall into this category, as would the Sen-Zar core book (j/k).

I'm afraid I'm something of a completest, so I will continue to buy books, even if there is little in them I will use, at least directly (the upcoming Races of Stone will most likely be one of these). I tend to glean ideas from source-books and adjust them to fit the world and plot. Thinking about it, I do use a surprising number of the books I own regularly, one way or the other, and I find all of them to be fun reading, I often take rule books on long car or plane trips…wow, that sounds pathetic…

Current game:

Core rules
Dawnforge Campaign Setting
Dawnforge: Age of Legend
Mindscapes

Surprisingly, the players are finding almost everything they need in the core rules and the Dawnforge book. I only say surprisingly since the whole group is a bunch of d20 wonks.
