I'm bummed for you, Mark. You have my total and complete sympathy. Losing a dog is like losing a child. Especially a good ol' boy like him.

We put our beloved Sprocket down last April, and I still miss her every day.

I remember this. And I remember how much you missed him.

As for a new dog- We have two others and had been searching for an Irish Wolfhound for quite a while. The day before we had to put Riley down we recieved an e-mail with pics of newborns from a breeder with an excellent reputation.

We are wondering if this is a great thing or something to pass on. The Wolfhound is the wifes dream, and I am waiting to see how she feels about it. We will see.
