[Force] spell sources?

So, I'm contemplating a sorcerer who focuses largely on spells of the [force] descriptor. The PHB has a moderate selection, but not an especially impressive one. Complete Arcane, has, I think, two [force] spells. I've skimmed through other books and not found any, though I admit I haven't looked too terribly in depth as of yet.

Can anyone think of any books with [force] spells in them? The campaign is WotC-specific, so I'm looking for official material. I'll try to argue 3rd-party stuff if the spells are exceptionally well done, though, so feel free to mention those too. It's all got to be 3.5-compliant.

Thanks much.

I'm pretty much sure, that I've seen on RPGnow a supplement, which includes only [Force]-spells, but I don't remember the name and I haven't found it in a quick search - maybe someone else can help?

When is looking in waterdeep that just came out it has a few fairly neat force spells. which would make it semi official. :)

I was thinking of trying to talk my Gm into letting me get them since we are in a non FR campaign.

I had a character do this in my last campaign. I even created a few new spells for him. Some I probably shouldn't have.

One that I was particularly fond of was a cone of cold variant that dealt force damage, and while it did less damage overall, it also acted as a bull rush against multiple opponents. I thought that one was kind of neat.

Considering, that even the CORE RULES borrow from FR publications, the Complete series also quite a bit, they can probably be considered official enough (as long as they are not FR-specific, like the regional feats and many PrC are).

There is a recent (by that I mean in the last year) Dragon issue that had several Force items. Spells and a prestige class. #328 I think.

Also, try going to the D&D site here and searching for force spells. Several have been posted in various articles on the WoTC website.

Uh, Star Wars d20?

;)

Seriously, I think the [Force] descriptor set of spells is one of the more underdeveloped in the game. We have all kinds of neat things to do with fire, but apart from some wards and Magic Missile, there's not much to the [Force] set.

I have here a list of spells from our FR game, but it's 3.0 only...

In any case, here's what I found with the Force descriptor on the wiz/sor list:

Forcewave, 1st lv evocation from Magic of Faerun
Mage Armor, 1st lv conjuration from the PHB
Magic Missile, 1st lv evocation from the PHB
Shelgam's Persistent Blade, 1st lv evocation from Magic of Faerun
Shield, 1st lv abjuration from the PHB
Tenser's Floating Disk, 1st lv evocation from the PHB

Battering Ram, 2nd lv evocation from Magic of Faerun
Choke, 2nd lv conjuration from Tome & Blood
Decastave, 2nd lv conjuration from Unapproachable East
Force Ladder, 2nd lv evocation from Magic of Faerun

Chamber, 3rd lv evocation from Manual of the Planes
Explosive Runes, 3rd lv abjuration from the PHB
Improved Mage Armor, 3rd lv conjuration from Unapproachable East
Leomund's Tiny Hut, 3rd lv evocation from the PHB
Sepia Snake Sigil, 3rd lv conjuration from the PHB

Force Orb, 4th lv evocation from Unapproachable East
Otiluke's Resilient Sphere, 4th lv evocation from the PHB
Thunderlance, 4th lv evocation from the FRCS

Wall of Force, 5th lv evocation from the PHB

Forcecage, 7th lv evocation from the PHB
Mordenkainen's Sword, 7th lv evocation from the PHB

Maze, 8th lv conjuration from the PHB
Otiluke's Telekinetic Sphere, 8th lv evocation from the PHB
Spell Engine, 8th lv abjuration from Magic of Faerun

Maw of Chaos, 9th lv abjuration from Savage Species

I think all FRCS and many MoF spells are probably updated to 3.5 in PGtF. If I were your DM I'd be far more lenient in allowing faerunian spells in your setting than spells from 3rd-party books.
