Forced Movement Question

ToddSchumacher

I like to draw!
One of my players asked this question. I didn't know, so i'm asking the collective.

Player has a power that causes the target to slide x squares.

Player also has a feat that causes the target to be Pushed y squares.

Is he supposed to choose between the two and only apply one (x OR y).

Or does he get both? And if he gets both can he choose the order? (x+y) or (y+x)

I would expect he can use the feat if the wording of the power allows it.
I agree with posts above that the power will normally take effect first, then you add the feat effect at the end.
