Custom Classes

Wanna start off by saying every time I use this sheet, I fall more in love with it. Thanks for the great tool. I have one question however. I know we can create custom subclasses, but is there anyway we can create a custom class? If not, can we gain access to this feature. I know it may a lot to ask, just curious.

No. Please read the F.A.Q. It answers many questions. Really! The tool even contains a link to it now.

The tool does not allow the creation of custom classes. Adding a new class is not a trivial thing, but I believe that ForgedAnvil has said that MAYBE, after version 2.00 is out of beta, he might look into it. We already have a Custom page and a lot of overrides on the Start page that allow for a degree of customization, but this tool is first and foremost about supporting official Wizards of the Coast material. Unearthed Arcana, while WotC material, is not official. Third party / Homebaked material is not official. There are web sites that may be endorsed by Wotc or contain material that is endorsed by WotC (such as Dungeon Master's Guild), but it is not official and not supported. The good news is that the old fashioned method of using pencil and paper still works and supports all the new/custom classes that you care to dream up!

Cool. Thanks. I know it's not trivial. That's why when I asked I said "I know it may be a lot to ask." Either way, thanks for this tool. It's fantastic.

Hey ForgedAnvil, I wrote you a few weeks ago with the purpose of helping you with the sheet, but the problem was that I joined this forum for this specifically, so I do not have yet enough posts to be able to PM you.

I was making the Spanish translation of the sheet (sticking every time it was possible to the WotC official translations), but I could not PM you with the translated version. I have uploaded it anyway so I can give you the link where it is stored.

You have also asked me if a Dutch translation was possible, and a friend of mine is still on it (he has been busy these days), so I think it will be available as well in the coming days.

Hi Kriegor, thanks for your help with the translation. The latest build has most of those implemented however there were issues with the length of some of the translations. I'll send you an update on the issues faced and maybe we can work on an alternative

A Bug when you select spell sniper it increases all the spells except GreenFlame Blade and Booming Blade which should move to 10Ft this was confirmed by sage advice as valid they should also be put in the spell sniper option. Thank You (Note the 5ft jump is not effected) I am testing with Beta 7

Not sure if this has been mentioned already, so I'll pose it more as a question. Am I meant to be able to insert an image for the Character Portrait on Character Sheet IV?
