D&D General Forgotten Realms Book preview from NYCC

A quick flip-through of the Adventures in Faerun book.
Nerd Initiative on YouTube previewed the new Forgotten Realms books with Mackenzie De Armas in this short video, including a quick flip-through of the Adventures in Faerun book.

During the quick flip-through, he shows off blurry but mostly readable pages from the Dalelands section of the book, including a few of the DMG-style adventures, including a level 13 adventure called Heart of Fire, where the party is asked to recover a magic item in an Adult Red Dragon's hoard.

Notably, none of the adventures you can see in the video seem to have any new monsters from the book included. Also, not all of the adventures are confined to a single page. Some seem to be at least a page and a half, while others are even smaller to just a half page.

We are very different from Brits and Ameicans, how could you say such mean things?
Different, but related both ways: so I think it makes sense for an American to see the commonality, and similar from a British point of view. Aesthetically, there never was a Medieval Canada, so a Canadian "doing Medeival" is going to draw on British (and to some extent, German) tropes.

Clearly you've never been to Mideval Times or Castle Loma in Toronto, both fun times.

There's extensive references to the Shadovar in the books, and yet no stat blocks for them. I wonder if they'll be among the monsters included in Netheril's Fall? I also hope that supplement has beefier phaerimm in it!

Do the Valindra and Sammaster statblocks vary from the generic lich statblock?

Are the spellfire spells evocation?

Any interesting items?
Valindra is variant on a lich with some of her own stuff, but is about as strong and is the same CR.

Sammaster is a bit more powerful and also has some of his own stuff, but has one major gimmick.

When destroyed he comes back as a Dracolich that eventually revives his normal lich form.
