D&D 5E (2024) Forgotten Realms subclasses discussion.

Liking these so far. Really want to see Bladesinger though suspect it won’t change much from 2014.

Other subclasses feel flavorful and fun. The only two things that really matter to me. I really like the regaining sorcery points on a successful counterspell.

Also think the Banneret’s leadership stuff is really cool.

Different reviewer, but there you go.

I'm scrapping this line from the Banneret's Group Recovery
Once you use this ability, you can’t use it again until you finish a Short or Long Rest.
In my campaign people can use it as much as they want with Second Wind.

it's the difference between 5 hp per short rest or 10 hp per short rest at 3rd level.
I don't think that's significant when other healers are doing multiples of that.
5 per target (presumably Cha =+3)
So that's the difference between 15 and 30 HP per short rest.

Life clerics channel divinity heals 15 at level 3 as an action. And not really because divine spark would of healed 8 anyways.

So yes, it is significant healing for a subclass.

If you limited it to only 1 target, then I would agree to use it with each second wind.

You are a gentleman sir!

Bladesong Int mod times per day
Int bonus to AC
+10 Speed
Wow. Int bonus to attack and damage from the start!
An extra attack as a bonus when you cast a spell.
Pretty sure you can fight with two weapons now
Pretty sure you one of these can be a quarterstaff now (it is versatile not two handed)
Int modifier to Concentration checks
Proficient with all non-two handed or heavy weapons
Performance, acrobatics, athletics or persuasion proficiency
Weapons as a spellcasting focus
Spend a slot to reduce damage as a reaction
Make an attack as a bonus action when you cast a spell that has a casting time as an action.

Finally my pathfinder staff magus can return!

Worth noting that it works ranged weapons as well.

Dip barbarian for Dex+Con+Int AC (or monk), grab Crossbow Expert, and dual wield Hand Crossbow ls works too.
