Seriously though, I'd say they don't stack until it is stated that they do. The rules against stacking are the norm and the exception (Dodge bonus, shield armor bonus etc.) are usually stated clearly.

I agree with you, but it's worth noting that another major % failure check is stackable - miss chance with Blind-Fight.

You should see his latest adventure; Beyond The Veil. In it, he's crossbreeding a dragon with everything from a snake to a manticore. You'd swear he is the Dr. Moreau.

Blind-fight lets you reroll a miss-due-to-concealment once.

Sadly, no.

But this remember me the time when my players severely berated me for underestimating the speed at which a cow could run during an encounter. So the following session they were attacked by a deadly undead cow which they were unable to outrun.
