And since when did it have to be demons that rangers hunted? If they are wilderness/nature guys, then Animal, Magical Beast, Abberation, Plant, and something else will be their favored enemies...
The class as it is doesn't seem like they should automatically target demons for any reason. Not that you can't pick demons, but don't trash the class because your fella is weak to the fear effects created by the favored enemies you picked.
