Build a YZE flavor for an IP other than the ones they have, by mix-n-match of bits from other YZE games which got added to the SRD. And to indicate compatibility.I tried finding the existing license for Year Zero a few weeks back, and I really couldn't figure out what exactly they are giving permission to do.
If I remember correctly, there was one on Google Drive that was shared in the Kickstarter where this was unlocked as a stretch goal. Not sure if they really ever published it openly on their website (I think not, but I might be wrong). There is an SRD? I wasn't able to find one, or an indication that one exists.
Hello!
We're just polishing it a little to make the license a little clearer and more user-friendly, and adding some more features to the SRD. No major changes or anything like that.
The ORC looks interesting but we know very little about it, and have no idea when it will be completed. We'll be happy to check it out later though, and we might even add it as an alternative license to use. We'll see.![]()
It's seems like a good initiative, but we know very little about it. We have worked for quite some time on our own OGL, to make sure it does exactly what we need it to. Down the line, we might even offer several OGL options to use. We'll see.![]()
Yes, that should be it. But as suspected: if you try to access the original Google Drive link, it is now locked. And the website you linked is, as far as I can tell, that of a hobbyist - I was more thinking of something published on the Free League page (which, as just mentioned, I think has not happened so far).Isn't this it over here?
It was available as recently as a week ago, but they have pulled it for review for obvious reasons.Yes, that should be it.
