WotC did the same with Spelljammer, with Volume 1 of the Monstrous Compendium.

Remember, Verminaard (and Ember) had just been attacked by Flamestrike before the Heroes fought him, so he was nowhere near full strength.

Yeah, I thought that was R_J_K75's question...

A complete list of all the free stuff buried on WotC's various websites would be a lot more extensive. They tend not to delete content from their media server even when they delete the links!
The 3.5 archive page link I had no longer works and there was a bunch of free pdfs that came out on their site sometime between 2000-2003 I believe before 3.5 came out (I think) which you may be able to find if you fire up the way back machine. But I lost my bookmark for it.

I’m wondering that too. Hopefully, now that we’ve hit release day, we’ll get emails soon letting us know our physical products have shipped.
Personally I would have expected it to arrive yesterday or today. If I can get it faster and probably cheaper from Amazon, why get it from WotC?

I went with the WotC bundle so I could get the early DDB access. Also, with the free shipping to NZ, the cost for the physical + digital bundle was cheaper than if I'd bought the two items separately. I'm happy to wait for the physical book.
