If I ask a question in the "comment" section, does it get answered? Will I get an email from the sitemaster?

e.g. I've never heard of RPGShop.com, and it seems to operate out of RPGNow.com. If they are affiliated, why the separation?

I believe that RPGShop and RPGNow are owned by the same person (James). RPGShop sells print products and RPGNow sells pdf. However, since the merger of RPGNow and DrivethruRPG (both selling pdfs) into OneBookShelf, I believe the separation has become necessary since DrivethruRPG doesn't own part of RPGShop. They used to be linked before the merger.

Yeah you got it pretty right.

I owned RPGShop.com and RPGNow.com ... but with the merger of DrivethruRPG.com, RPGNow.com is now owned by OneBookShelf Inc (which I'm half owner of). But RPGShop.com is still owned by my company Minion Development Corp.

It has been VERY clear by the survey results that our band (RPGShop.com) has been overtaken by confusion and people who believe we're the same thing as RPGNow.com ... so we'll be upgrading our software and opening under a new name in the near future to help people remember us as a print/dice destination.


If you want a response from something you left in the servey then write me at webmaster@rpgshop.com - I do read all them but there isn't an effort to reply to them. They have been VERY helpful though, so thanks for leaving the comments.
