No, it doesn't. If you check the products, the ePublisher Guide, et. al., are produced by Minion Games.

Gary Gygax’s World Builder & Gary Gygax’s Living Fantasy are actually two useful books for me. They are more like toolkits that I find myself looking into every now and again for little ideas here and there. World Builder I do use more then Living Fantasy.
