They have Deathless Frenzy, not Diehard. If Deathless Frenzy is like Diehard, though, then it basically lets you ignore the Dying condition.

Non-lethal damage bypasses this protection, and you fall unconcious when your hit points are equal to or less than your nonlethal damage. Therefore, the Frenzied Berserker can go unconcous before entering negative hp. Again, assuming that Deathless Frenzy works like Diehard.

edit: ooo no knocking out a 4th level FB through non-lethal. deathless frenzy states that they ignore the effects of non-lethal.

EDIT: Okay I read it, and I'm not sure that it ignores the effects of non-lethal damage. Yes, the opening line of Deathless Frenzy states: "... a frenzied berserker can scorn death and unconciousness while in a frenzy." However, the following explaination of what that means doesn't mention nonlethal damage at all. I could probably be swayed either way. The point is moot for me, however, since I will never use it. But, I'm sure that's fuel for debate for at least another page and a half, right?
