How does he have Mithril finemail+2, but only an AC of 17?

Most likely not having it actually put on ;-), pretty easy to do with Character Builder.

There I put it on him hmmm 23 is much nicer eh.

Hmmm, I do like the attributes Klaus gave him but with the reduced Int and Cha
his Warlord elements dont work as well.
