Full Round Action and Attack Question

When a character is making a full round action he is able to make as many attacks as he is able to based on his BAB and one off hand attack if he chooses.

How many different opponents (barring any feats like Cleave or Wirlwind Attack) can the character attack?

If more than one opponent CAN be attacked, is the 5' step allowed for full round actions be used between the attacks to close the distance to a new opponent?

You can use each attack for a different opponet assumiong you can reach the opponent. You can take your 5ft step between these attacks.

That depends on how many attack he can make per round. Character has no facing. If he's a 20th-level fighter with 4 attacks per round due to his BAB, then he can attack up to 4 different opponents; 5 opponents if he attacking with two weapons or a double weapon.

Yes, and that's the only total movement you can make in a full attack action.
