Well, I would rule that a traditional seduction was a Bluff check, with DC appropriate to the level and situation.

As to what you might gain... you can use your imagination.

The good thing about being gay is that usually you don't need that third date.
Anyway, I don't think that in a fantasy medieval world things work that way with dates and stuff. Just think of Conan or Fafhrd and the Gray Mouser.

Also, you could just make a Charisma check, for one of those instant seductions or "love-at-first-sight" moments.
It could be opposed by the target's Will def. (which makes seduction a Charisma attack LOL); or opposed by an adequate DC.

woah woah woah, that completely depends on your target.

The school librarian would be an arcana or history check to impress her.
The nobles daugther would be Diplomacy with her father, or maybe streetwise to show her a good time on the town and let her hair down.
The druid chick who lives on the ouskirts of town, nature of course.
The local priestess, religion or even healing of the healing hands variety.
Endurance is never to be underestimated by anyone either.

Don't fall too fast into all social situations are ruled by diplomacy and bluff.

Hell even intimidate has it's place. Maybe not directly at your target but you know how much some chicks just swoon over the jerks.

Athletics too, jocks always seem to have girls around.

Stealth doesn't hurt when her husband walks in and you gotta dissapear too =P
