I watched the episode with three other people. After the first part, before the opening sequence, we were all quite satisfied. We could have stopped there and been fine. Other people I've talked to were disappointed in the lack of action in general. I don't blame the show-makers. Battles are really expensive. I mean REALLY expensive. I'd rather they save the money for the battles for the ones that matter.

I wonder what gift Euron was talking about. I think I know. Does anyone else know? It would be quite the surprise if he rolled into the throne room an 88 mm German flakcannon to deal with those pesky dragons. Quite the surprise indeed.
