I'm surprised no one is talking about this here. I mean, the end of that episode.... I cheered! I don't do that often in shows. I mean, I guess I kind of half expected that to happen, but I still cheered nonetheless.

I was a bit underwhelmed.
Like we all expected it, it was hugely lampshaded and then had very little pay off.
like they could have had the wounds heal or burst in to flames or even just glow red for a second or something a little more engaging than a sleeping wolf waking up.

Same with the dragons, that should have been a huge scary dramatic moment and it was just cool but so what?

It was a solid episode which had some good story and plot advancement but the only stand out cool bits where the Pirate King on the bridge and Boltons betrayal.

and I still want to see Arya's cats!!!!

Well, I agree a little bit with Jon Snow. I wasn't really expecting anything big and flashy. It happened about as I expected, though I thought they would show the wounds healing up. As I said, I would have been a lot more surprised if Jon Snow HADN'T woken up.

I wasn't sure what to expect from the Dragon scene. I thought he was going to bring the one girl with him since he specifically mentioned that the Dragons never attacked when she went with so I was thinking well, "Friend of a friend" should be okay. But then she wasn't there. I suppose the Dragons were probably more curious to what he was doing there than anything, but I did like how the second Dragon was like "Grrrr" then hung its head low like "Yeah, please, me too".

But I agree, it was a solid episode and I am eager to see what happens next week. I'm thinking some people will be happy at his return while others will fear the guy who just returned back from the dead. And I am also now curious regarding Arya's cats. I suppose that must be something from the books.

No complaints other than how they melodramatically dragged out that last shot, which overall is a rather small complaint.

I am happy it happened, but it was not something that was in doubt in my mind. He was coming back. I am more glad they didn't drag it out more over this whole season. The most exciting to me really was the Bolton incident. Didn't see some of that coming.
