Yes, apparently that was the case, and this raises complications if she is in fact pregnant, that doesn't bode well for her. Since in the novel Jeyne stayed at Riverrun along with the Blackfish, while both are currently en route to the Twins in the TV series, the events that are about to transpire may engulf all of them.

I have not watched season 2 yet, but if the show becomes as bloated as the books, I will be bummed.
