credit card capability...very frustrating to work with, but very necessary...
keep certain levels of stock for certain days...stop selling beyond a certain point to ensure you have materials for the rest of the convention...leave some in your hotel room or have some shipped to you later, because if you have it on hand, it's very hard to say no, but it helps to have product on sunday when everyone who's been trapped at a booth all convention finally gets to buy stuff...
schedule people to help with your booth...it helps to be able to trade in a few extra people to get a break from the madness...
Paper flyers or catalogs...take along something with your phone or email address so people who've spent all their money before finding your booth (there will be some) can have a reminder of what they saw that was cool...this can be as simple as a plaiin order form with just a list of styles and prices...
