[Gamer's Bag] GenCon Products List Updated

Also, on your bag you just ordered - that is NOT the same wording that your wife gave us - if that is the correct quote posted here, PLEASE let us know ASAP.

Go ahead with the wording that she gave you for the bag she ordered. I was just quoting it generally so you might recognize the recent order. She was wondering though if the order was finalized or not yet? She was waiting to get some kind of e-mail from you guys for confirmation I think. Would it be too late for any changes already? I can't get the details currently from her(she's sleeping), but she said something about maybe wanting to change the drawstring color or something. She wasn't sure if it was still possible or not, but like I said, she seemed to think she would get some kind of confirmation e-mail from you before work actually began on the bag.

Also, great to hear that the bandolier idea is also in the works! And the Bag of (Dice) Holding sounds cool too. I guess I'll have to wait till they are generally available and order one later if they aren't available now.

Thanks for the quick reply!

Love the pics of the Bag of Dice Holding!

Can't wait to be able to order one of those(in some different fabric colors though)!

And the CCG bandolier would work quite nicely too! Very cool.
Maybe build some protectivity into the CCG bandolier by making the pockets themselves somewhat hardened. But then it might be heavier I guess.

It would also work well as a belt of pouches for dice/CCG's...or maybe if it's convertable between belt and bandolier?

RE-EDIT: I just checked, we e-mailed her about 4 hours ago, but Paladinwife misspelled the e-mail address. So, the e-mail will be there shortly. You can absolutely change anything you want right now, just reply to the e-mail with whatever changes you need. She wrote: "ALIGNMENT: Awful Evil" for your reference.

We will post here once we get the site set-up for orders, but we could certainly do an order now through e-mail for the BODH - no problem.

That's a good idea too....hmmmm.

Great minds think alike. :D We're engineering such a "bag" already. We're hoping to also debut it at GenCon.
We're also working on a CCG bandolier - anyone think that would be remotely popular?

Sounds great!!! Here's a couple of thoughts:

Kid-size. My son would love a CCG "bandolier" for all of his Yu-Gi-Oh! cards. I think a bandolier that fits me (6'4") would probably be much too large for him (4'). Or at least make it adjustable, somehow. (But it may be easier just to make two different sizes.)

Also!!!! Make sure cards in protectors will fit in them! Might need to make two different sizes--one for "raw" cards and one for cards in protectors.

You make a kid-size CCG "bandolier" for cards in protective sleeves, and I'm buying one. Maybe we should do an order now and I can pick it up at GenCon?

And while I would probably not wear a dice bandolier, I would probably buy one or two for gifts. :D
We were thinking the same thing: 2 different adjustable sizes. We're still engineering them right now, but we will definitely let you know when we get a final design. :) They will be made to fit protected cards.

Awesome! One GenCon gift done; just need one more....

That was just a joke. :D The ALICE pack is the standard U.S. military issue backpack. I estimate it would hold about 3,000 dice, but you would be heavily encumbered. :D

How about miniatures? I've seen these huge miniatures bags which use foam packaging to hold mini's. Looks like a whole new market.

BTW, I wrote to you about a "bits bag" to show off at my SF Bay game demos, received an email, replied, but didn't hear back. Let me know if you're still interested. Fanime convention is coming up and that's another audience you can sell to...!

Hahahahaha:D I don't think you killed it, just dealt it a critical hit! :p Actually, it's a good idea (says wife after husband explains it to her in great detail so she can understand it!). Now we just have to find a d20 image on a one and perhaps instead of this guy with a hammer, we come up with a dwarven fighter with a warhammer attacking it? (Not that we are that cool....that is just our idea:confused: )Paladinwife

I thought of this after seeing a billboard for a local computer shop showing a similar image. And I'm hoping to get a bag for my birthday and if I do I want it to have that image on it.

Hi Cedric, we haven't forgotten you - we've just been REALLY busy. We're just now getting to designing the bag we were talking about. Funny enough, I just looked up your info earlier because we were talking about the bag. :D

Paladin,
Was just wondering what you finally came up with to bring/take to Gencon?
I want to get another bag for my backup/bad dice :D
