Gamers keeping Shabbat

Thanks, Paladin. You rule!

Oh, even though I'd heard of your products before on the boards, for some reason I'd never checked your site out. I guess I thought the Ziplock (tm) baggie I'm currently using for my dice was sufficient.

Anyway, I browsed your site since you've been so great about the kippahs, and having now seen the cool stuff you've got since, I'll be ordering a dice bag in this awesome pattern with my kippah . :)

See, all of y'all using Ziplocks should follow garyh's example, check our site out! :D

 We like that pattern too. Tomorrow we're going to add a couple of Jewish themed patterns to the site - I'll attach a scan of both in the next post. I don't know if anyone will like them, but we figured it couldn't hurt. Let us know what y'all think once you see them.

Here's the first pattern:

Those are both pretty darn cool, Paladin. I like the first one better than the second (less busy, probably).

I still think I'm going to stick to the one I linked to, but I may just buy two now.

You fiend!! :D

I second that I like the first one better than the second. For me it's not that I don't like the menorahs, its just that too often Chanukah gets played up as almost equating Judaism. Just my personal thoughts here.

Ok, pardon another question fron a non Jewish person. In the second design, I recognize the star of david, the menorah, and the dreadle (sp?), but what are the little golden things?

That's gelt, DG. Gelt are coins gambled in a game of dreidle. Most of the time these days, the gelt is actually chocolate wrapped in gold foil.

I thought it looked like little gold coins, but then I could not think of why that would be a religious symbol. But now I understand. :)
