Gaming Podcasts - Likes/Dislikes/Not Represented?

I'm curious to know what you guys like to hear in gaming podcasts, what you don't like to hear, and what do you think is underrepresented in gaming podcasts?

Thanks!

Tough to explain what I look for, examples work better

I love listening to Radio Free Hommlet

I enjoy The Power Source although, alot of the time I disagree with their opinions on things, I still listen.

I enjoy the WOTC podcasts when they actually talk about the game, I just can't sit and listen to someone else play that is not entertaining to me, and I see no reason to listen to them interview someone who wrote some fiction book, or book about his childhood playing dnd.

So I guess that somes up to, talk about the game.

I like to hear discussions about game design and advice about ways to help your game, whether it's as a DM preparing adventures and running sessions smoothly or as a player fleshing out her character and learning about new classes and builds.

I dislike podcasts that spend the first ten minutes listing all their sibling podcasts or otherwise dwelling on content that's not actually about gaming. I don't like podcasts that attempt to define the right way to play: saying that such and such class doesn't get a feat at first level (because so and so feat is "required") or that if you're not using a certain weapon or implement you're "doing it wrong."

I like City of Doors. They deal with fluff and flavor for DMs.

I dislike Radio Free Homlett - it's all crunch. Similar to the Tome Show.

The WotC Podcasts done by the guys at WotC (and not the Penny Arcade) podcasts are nice. They give you an idea into design, and are at least enjoyable to listen to.

I like tips and things of that nature. Good meaty conversations.

The Power Source looks intriguing. Namely because my Campaign has a Divine/Primal feel - I'll need to check out what they say with regards to primal campaigns.

3.5 Private Sanctuary (stays on message... very focused)

Dragonlance Canticle (Mainly interested in the topic... VERY specific to a certain setting but all too few episodes of late... know what I mean Dragonhelm?)

Fear the Boot (once my "go to" podcast but now an exercise in what NOT to do. They either take themselves too seriously or let Chad just run wild... and not in a good way. I listen more out of habit now and may be dropping it soon.)

Happy Jacks RPG (a 4e podcast but their banter is gold... banter at it's best but it IS very irreverent)

Know Direction (a Paizo Pathfinder centric podcast by one of the hosts of 3.5 Private Sanctuary... again, a topic specific podcast)

RPG Circus (not the best but getting better... the hosts are a bit TOO laid back and need pepping up)

Save or Die Radio (hands down current favorite... all games discussed... and the hosts have a very friendly feel to them)

Smiling Jacks Bar and Grill (another topic specific podcast... in this case, a Savage Worlds centric podcast... only had 1 episode and it may have podfaded all ready... too bad... sigh....)

Mainly I look for the topic/content first... personalities second... punctuality third (if you don't release a podcast, I can't listen)
