Hrm. The armor is actually core. It's a +5 Enhancement with Improved Slick, Improved Shadow, Improved Silent Moves, Glamer, and Mithral, all of which comes from the DMG. It's just too much of a mouthful to say "+5 Glamered Improved Slick Mithral Breastplate of Improved Silent Moves & Improved Shadow. Thus, just shortened to "+5 Mithral Breastplate of Elusion"

As for the amendments to the other items, I dropped the Scrolls of Mass Hold Person x2, and between the crafting cost drops in non-core equipment, it should all pan out now. Corrections follow below:

*Dropped 5 Ranks in Knowledge (History) and put them in Speak Languages, for a total of nine total spoken (Common + 3 INT + 5 Speak Language)

*Cut Non-Core Item Costs in half and factored in XP costs. Also dropped Arcane Scrolls of Mass Hold Person (x2) to push my overexpenditures into equilibrium. The locations of the items in question have also been annotated. With the excess in funds (again, you seriously want to double-check that since my math is horrible), I snagged another Metamagic Rod.

EDIT: Also, in regards to aerial combat Jemal, Sabastian can... sorta. While he lacks a natural ability to fly via items or racial nonsense, he nevertheless can cast Fly and Overland Flight, as well as having a pair of Overland Flight scrolls in his possession.

Problem there is that a Rod means the bard can't use a bow and arrow, or a two-handed bardic instrument, while wielding it.

Oh, and both Sigil and Tatter routinely fly. Sigil can fly pretty much at will due to an invocation with a 24 hour duration that can be recast at will. Tatter has a Fly speed. Tatter's faster, but both have Good maneuverability and can hover.

A Rod of Splendor doesn't have to be held. It just has to be in your possession

Hmm. I always read that as holding it or carrying it in one's hand. Jemal, could we get a ruling on that?

Also, if it can be done, can a Rod of Splendor be upgraded to +6 Charisma and still be considered core, in the same way that a longsword +1 can be upgraded to a longsword +2 and still be core?

Finally, I double checked Tatter's equipment...and it still seems to come to 250,000. Here's the list:

Shayuri, the DM may have been confused when you mentioned the bracers of armor twice, once in the armor section and once under it. You didn't add the cost twice, but considering the margin of error was 16,000 I think thats what happened. After all, you didn't reprint your swords in the gear section either .

Quick question: Are you making a Vest of Resistance (from the MIC), in lieu of the Cloak of Resistance, a specialty item that needs to be created and ergo nonstandard? Or can I purchase that with the same price of the Cloak?

Maybe I worded it awkwardly.

I would like a Vest of Resistance +5 for 50,000gp. I want to know if that's possible or if I'd need it to be custom made.
