Actually, you probably mean, "I couldN'T care less." Because "I could care less" implies that you actually do care to some degree, and you recognize the possibility of that amount of care being reduced even further. But if you don't care at all, then there's no way you could care less.

A lot of people utter the expression without really considering what it means.

You know, there have been a number of threads dealing with complaints about the new edition of Gamma World; perhaps complaints about the game could go in one of them instead of hijacking a simple "request for information" thread started by someone who obviously does care?
