Garden Gnome defeated by Winter Snow (DW Judged) 6 flag speed

The claw bows atop the cavern; protects against the storm of the iron!

Wondering how long he can keep his current streak of luck running, Garden Gnome presses the advance! He raises his smallish hand and curls his fingers into a menacing claw and brings it down deliberately upon Winter Snow, being ever wary not to get struck the thunderous retaliation that surely awaits.

"Boy, I have a fight on my hands with this one" thought Winter Snow. He flings his wicker hat off and refocuses his chi!!! Seeing Garden Gnome's claw attack, Winter returns in kind with a Snow Panther claw attack to the gnome's ribs.

The panther breaks the heavens; fends off the energy of the sands!

The panther breaks the heavens and the gnome...unfortunately for Winter Snow the gnome glues himself back together...

Point Winter Snow!
4 flags Winter Snow; 3 flags Garden Gnome

Seeing a opening Winter Snow tries something unexpected. He bites the Gnome on the shoulder!!

The ki-rin devours the castle; parries the edge of the rodent!

The crab rends the clouds; removes the throw of the spring!

"Aha!" the Garden Gnome thought as he lured his opponenet in close for a tasty treat then he brought his arms and legs forward and flailed them like unto a 2 foot crab trying to rend Winter Snow into tiny bits!

(I'll be working part of the day at least, will be posting this evening for ure, though.)

I don't really care for either one here...but since I have to choose it goes to Winter Snow.

Point Winter Snow!
5 flags Winter Snow; 3 flags Garden Gnome

The staff rides atop the shrine; negates the stab of the storm!

If your body is a temple, then your head must be the top of the shrine... Garden Gnome grabs a staff and attempts to thwack Winter Snow on the noggin!

Winter Snow climbs a nearby wall like a spider and springs to attack the Garden Gnome.

The spider parts the dungeon; dodges the violence of the venom!

Winter Snow's move should have said 'dodges the violence to the venom' because that is what he did.

Point and Match Winter Snow!

Garden Gnome, very nice attempt, but not quite enough. You remain a white belt with a great potential to rejoin the ranks of the tier 2.

Winter Snow, you managed to pull it out. You rise to Yellow Belt 1.

Garden Gnome bows to the Judge and then to Winter Snow.

"Thank you both. An excellent match. I look forward to working with you both again in the future."

Garden Gnome gathers his fighting gear and drags himself away slowly, nursing his soar ribs.

"<edit> Yeah, I can spell </edit>" umm, wow HTML is back and now all my posts with html references are going to look silly. Anyone looked at their posts from the channel yet? All names have vanished from them because of the <> being associated with html. Does this make sense? I mean, okay, but what can we do to fix this easily?
