Interesting, but Gargantuan? Even the Tome of Horrors CR 35 version is only Huge. Maybe this set comes with other pieces, like the Throne of Orcus or a couple of minion demons.

I've seen at least one version of Orcus that was Gargantuan, of course that was Dicefreaks and he was CR50+

I wouldn't exactly consider Tome of Horrors canon. What's Book of Vile Darkness say? That'd be the definitive version, IMO.

Personally, I want a gargantuan Demogorgon. He's always been my favorite demon prince and has featured significantly IMC over the years.

I don't recall his size off the top of my head, but I want to say it was huge. But of course if you're fighting him on Thanatos, you're effectively going to be fighting Thanatos as a layer, so size is sorta hazy at that point, and if recent history is any indication, that didn't work out well for Kiaransalee.

Not saying I won't buy it but I wish WotC would make more gargantuan and colossal minis that are going to see more use. At least you can you the red dragon for any dragon, but Orcus isn't nearly as useful.

Great idea an' all, but not exactly the most useful implementation...

I think a Kraken would have been a better call. Orcus is very cool and classic, but he's a one-time campaign monster -- Krakens are cool opponents in the mid-levels and can be used multiple times.

I thought Orcus was sized as Huge as well.

Just not interested. Of course, I've been saying for months that I want the icons to be non-random packs of huges to get rid of the huge problem with huge boosters....This one is aimed even more squarely at fanboys of Orcus than the dragons are at dragon fanboys (and I mean fanboy in the most positive way - some people are just passionate about certain things - if fanboy is not the right word, I'll take suggestions).
