Gems Help

Hey everyone (again)!!!!

One more quick question. Could anyone giv eme an idea of a list of gems that could be found as treasure and total up to about 500 gold in value? We've only ever used gems once, and I can't remember for the life of me a reasonable value for stuff.

6 Eye agates (worth 12 gps each)

A roughly-cut fist-sized pieces of amber (w/a spider and a honeybee preserved inside) (worth 130 gps)

An amythyst (worth 110 sps)

2 Pink Pearls (worth 100 sps - perfect for Identify spells)
------------------------------------
Total: 512 gps


Again, just off the top of my head using the chart in the DMG.

If you own or can get your hands on the 2e Forgotten Realms Adventures hardback, there is an extensive list of gems of all values, and descriptors for each and every one of them. (real world gems and fantasy ones)
