We're a little less than 2 weeks away from the best 4 days in gaming, and I still have neither a badge nor event tickets. Part of the problem is that they obviously didn't send them promptly (despite having ordered both tickets and badge within 24 hours of their respective openings), and the remaining part is that I have moved, and it's entirely possible that the postal service has lost the badge and tickets (if they were mailed, at all).
So, I'm an enterprising young man - I determine that I'll e-mail Gen Con's customer service representatives, try to find out if the badge has been mailed, and if it hasn't, get them to send it to the correct address (interestingly enough, there seems to be no way to change your address in your account settings at their website).
It is here that I run into a problem - none of the ____@gencon.com e-mail addresses work. I've tried comcast e-mail, gmail, hotmail, and even sent them a message from my work account - not a single message has gotten through.
Am I the only person having this problem?
Is there *any* way I can change my address? Is there *any* way I can get some actual customer service, since they don't answer their phones in the middle of the afternoon, either.
