[Gen Con] RPGA events

still don't understand the 2 part living events, but maybe that will clear up soon as well.

There should be 2 separate events. Sounds like an "event entering" glitch.

Anyone else playing "Return to the Ghost Castle of Inverness?" I'm playing that one 8 a.m. Sunday morning. We just did the original (updated to 3e) about a year ago, so I'm really looking forward to this "return to a classic 1st ed. module" event.

i signed up for that too, but on Friday. One of the events I'm really looking forward to.

It's also messed up. The rpga pdf schedule says that game is 4 hours, the on-line (gencon.com) description says it's 8 hours.

new ownership, new webmaster, new chronology!

:D

I must concur with generic tickets. When I went to Gen Con in 2000 I stood in line for a few hours to try and get registered for games that were sold out way in advance. The next day I bought all generic tickets. Got into almost every game I wanted to.

D&D Open

Since we're on the topic of GenCon, I thought this would be a good place to pose this question:

Does anyone know where I can get a hold of previous Open tournaments?

My gaming group plays the Open nearly every year. We always have a game day prior to GenCon. I'd like to be able to run either the 2001 or 2002 Open tournament.

But, I can't find ANYWHERE where they are available. They're not available through the RPGA ordering, so I'm wondering where these adventures go...

They used to send prior Open tournaments to the gaming clubs, but since the clubs program is no more...

Anyone that could help, I'd greatly appreciate it!
