[GenCon] EN World Gathering, coming? post if you say Yea!

RPGhop will be selling EN World t-shirts if I can somehow get hold of a 300 dpi version of the logo (or something similar).

Any chance that these T-shirts will be black?

Edit: in retrospect, that might sound like sarcasm -- "Of course they'll be black -- we are gamers, after all" -- when what I meant was that's pretty much all I wear, unless forced to do otherwise. Hopeful, in other words.

Hi, Negative Zero:

Unfortunately, I do not think I can make it to Gen Con this year. The cash flow situation is quite bad. (If things change, I will let everyone know.)

However, you might want to contact NeghVar to design some badges.

It might be a good idea to create a list for people who will be at a post-Ennies EnWorld gathering. I loved meeting so many people, although I was busy searching for badges.

One idea I had for an ENWorld Gathering would be to see if any of the companies in the exhibit hall would like to pass out badges to people. Any volunteers? It's a great way to get people from the boards to stop by your booth.

It might be a good idea for a quick Q&A session with Morrus and the moderators to get some feedback from people at GenCon. Plus there is always EN World Trivia and predictions. (If this site continues for 10 years, Morrus will have to use scientific notation to keep track of Crothian's post count. )

I'll be there and I would like to meet up with everyone if I get the chance. Unfortunately I won't be able to wear any sort of identifying badge. I'm pretty sure I'll be wearing one of the black WotC polo shirts since I'll be demoing a game (not sure which one yet). Regardless, if a get-together is organized, I would love to show up.

i'm assuming all those who've posted so far are going. if not, please let me know, and i'll remove you from the list. also, indicate if you're coming with other people to the meetup. as i found out last year, some non EN Worlders feel intimitated around so close-knit a community.

I definately am. I haven't missed a GenCon since I first attended in '96 (except for '98, which couldn't be helped) and I don't intend to miss this one. All the arrangements are in place...

...now if I can just figure out where and when the EN World get-together is happening at the con!
