The guard statue is at the main entrance to the convention center, in the big atrium where the help desk is.

I think it would be much easier to meet up there and then go find a room in which to play.

which one? female half elf fighter? Gnome barbarian? half-orc paladin? halfling ranger?


pick one chief.i got tons of them...

Human Paladin would be good, as would a half orc Barabrian with some fighter levels in there.

Of the ones you listed, I'd likely take the half-orc Paladin

Yes, it does sound like fun. But you might want to pick a place and post it on this list. Otherwise, no one will be able to find you--at least, no one who is not there right away.

Or, here's an idea. Make a notice with a thick marker on a regular sheet of paper. Just inside the entrance by the statue (SE corner of building?), there is a message board. Post it there, and anyone who is looking for the game can check the message board.

I'm also very much interested in playing, but I also think a place to meet is crucial. Since you've never been to GenCon before you probablay don't realize just how crowded it is and how many people there are, plus there is stuff going on in at least 4 or 5 different buildings... Post a notice or meet at the freaky guard statue (I swear his eyes follow me), I'd like to play...

Even if we don't make contact at this game (though it looks like meeting at the guard is going to be the best option), come by the FFG booth sometime and get in touch.

Also, I'd like to meet at 7:30 if that's possible, as I have another engagement from 8-11 or so and I won't be able to start playing til after that.

Did anyone find this game?

I just got out of my Call of Cthulhu game, it's about 8:30, and I don't know where this game is happening.

Oh well, it's a good excuse to wander around for 30 minutes or so, looking for Leopold in the red PC Gen shirt.

How did the game go, Leopold?

I ran into Neghvar + Vogless + and a friend of theirs. We looked for the game for about 30 minutes, but couldn't find it.

Hope you had a good time, 'cause it sure sounded like a fun game. It's the only thing at GenCon that I'm sorry I missed....
