I played a female in a Star Wars d20 with a Charisma of 10 (or 11) which would be a modifier of 0. And I am male. Then again, I dont equate Charisma to "looks."

The only female 3e character that I've played was a 6th level sorceress. Had Charisma 19, not including magic items. So no, I guess I've never played a female with Charisma 11 or less.

I don't think I've played a character with a negative charisma modifier in years...

The female character I'm currently playing is a telepath. Kind of forced, there.

I've never had a female PC, but I'm always the DM, so there you go.

I've played some female NPCs with low Charisma modifiers.. the most recent has a 0 mod. I don't remember older ones, though.

As for my players, I've never seen anyone play a female character with less than a 14 Charisma, from male or female players.

My female D&D character (I'm, um, also female) has a whopping 8 Charisma.

Nobody is really sure if she's good-looking or not; she's a Shadowdancer, so it's not as though you get to actually see for more than a few seconds at a time. ;)

I have never played across gender lines and I do not believe any male in my game has. (I usually DM) Interestingly the females in my group play male characters quite often.
