Welcome to LEW!

First, don't be sorry, no need for that, we all have been new to living world, even the ones who create LEW...

Generally, it takes a few days to have a new characters approved, including the correction if some are needed. Have you post a mail to Nimisgod and Knight Otu, as it was told in the character creation section?

But you want to play now? No problem, you can already enter the Red Dragon Inn. The only restriction is you cannot gain XP with unapproved character.

yes i did email my characters to the afore mentioned admins (3 actually hehehe) because it said i should in the character creation rules thread. but thanks for the info. i wasnt sure if i could still participate in the dragon inn. but i may have to meander on over there and say hi to joe. after that i will just have to sit and wait for an adventure to come my way i suppose. after all. i check the posts nearly every single day. so posting shouldnt be a big problem for me. and i look forward to playing by post. ive never really done that. so i guess ill learn. thanks again

I haven't looked at them yet, but I've got all three in my inbox (along with two other characters and an adventure proposal). Depending on things, turnabout should be one or two days for characters. Please also remember to post them in the character thread.

FYI, could you check if you received the emails for your first two characters? The To line in my answer mails claims that they were sent to you, but when I hit send, it only says that it sent them to Nimisgod.

i will check. i shouldve put my alternate email down because i cant check that one at the moment. thanks again though

Hey, could I ask one of the judges to start following the D1:Ashin's Commission thread? I stepped in for doghead a bit ago when he started having troubles connecting the EnWorld and forgot to ask another judge to follow the thread at that time.

Thank you for your consideration.

hey there everyone.
its me again
got one more question. is there any other way to advertise yourself for an adventure besides just plopping down in the red dragon inn? not that i dont love the idea of the inn. but is there also perhaps a LOOKING for ad somehwere? or some such thing?

With just one or two exceptions, every adventure that has been run in Living EnWorld has started at the Red Dragon Inn. Every adventure for low-level characters has started there. So, just sit tight and hone those roleplaying skills in the Inn, something will be along presently.
