I may have pulled 4 people out of it, was hoping for no 1st levels, but looks like there aren't enough unsavory characters in the Red Dragon. I thought there was another one, but I guess not

As for others, there are the 4 from Murder, plus at least 3 newbies, and 1 other, and more coming.

There was another unsavory character in there (my half-orc monk), but he left a while back on another adventuere (with a paladin, none the less).

I have submitted a adventure proposal to the judges*. If it gets off the ground, it would probably take 4-6 characters. I don't intend to set any restrictions on the levels of the characters involved. If a 5th level wants to join in, fine. But the money probably won't be enough to make it worth while for higher level characters.

* should be in your email boxes, Mr Judge(s)

Quick question. Is there a local Barony or other lordship around the city of Orussis? Perhaps I'm simply missing something quite obvious in the information threads, but I didn't spot anything off hand.

I avoided reading all of doghead's e-mail due to the fact that Ironwolf Kinkaid is in the Inn looking for some work. Hopefully others will be able to read through it and aprove it.

Do any of the judges object if I modify the adventure proposal information to suggest including text such as "***spoilers below***" where apropriate? Most judges also have characters, which can be problematic.

That's why there are other adventure approvers and you only need 2 approvals. I put spoilers warnings in my subject in one of them.

I don't think we've ever touched on that. And yes, I've been wondering about it...there's some land in the area that one of my characters would like to own, and I was thinking he'd have to hire a sage or go to the Orussus library or something to figure out if someone else already owned it.

I don't know that it was ever settled in the thread, but in the Orussus discussion thread we kicked around the idea that Orussus was run by a council, not by a feudal lord. We speculated a bit about the nature of that council, but I don't recall we nailed anything down.

In a broader sense, I don't think the area around Orussus is completely settled. It used to be a city of good Minotaurs, then it fell, and is being repopulated by humans (and humanoids). Currently, the population fits comfortably within the old city walls, even with the large transient population (a "real" city would be bursting at the seams, with lots of houses crowded up outside the walls as well). Allimon, Rivendale, Fallon all seem to be more or less independant city-states of vastly different sizes, and haven't expanded to the point where there are border disputes between them and Orussus.

Having written only one proposal I'm not an expert, but I would have had trouble providing enough information without giving anything away. Perhaps modifying the proposal requirements to include a 1 sentence tag line at the top discribing who it is appropriate for right off the bat, then judges who have characters who fit in with that description can avoid reading the rest and assume its all spoilers.
