I figure if you can craft anything different that exactly what's in the DMG, then every wondrous item crafted that differs from them will be approved case-by-case basis.

I think that's reasonable. If the item is a standard one in a different form, and the new form is reasonable for its function (a Robe of Resistance is more plausible than Boots of Intellect), I would think approval would be pretty quick; if it's more innovative, I'd likely want to think a little more about it.

Yep. IMHO, I think that having the wisdom boosting item and the con boosting item in the same slot (amulet) is a (minor) balancing factor to the cleric and druid. Admittedly, I have reservations about custom magic items but then, that's what the other judges are for. ;P And it's not like I'm going to veto all custom items, anyway.

Two, create an updated World/Geography thread, also with some structure (Cosmology/World/Regions/etc), with the help of the hard work of El Jefe (thanks, Jefe!)
Sound good?
Sure does. I was just thinking the other day, now that we've got enough world/geography info to amount to something, we need to organize it. Although I think it will still take me a couple of months or so to run through all the remaining threads and gather up what information is out there.

Hey - I'm psyched you're a mod, KO. I'm reluctant to say 'congratulations' since being a mod is kind of like being elected president of your local PTA; it's a lot of work. Still, having an activist moderator like you will be a great thing for LEW. All your ideas seem sound.

I am ready to start M3, & will start recruiting 6 higher level PCs very soon. There will be some others in there (such as my PC) who will be looking for adventure as well, so I hope another DM steps up to the plate as well.

I'm currently moving some gods over to the Pantheon thread, and I noticed that the [thread=2314142]drow gods[/threads] do not have ranks. As a quick vote, is everyone ok with them being lesser deities? Or should they have different ranks?

Sure, why not?

((Grumpilly thinks Eberron's gods-who-don't-directly-meddle-in-your-lives-so-who-needs-divine-ranks thing is the first time an official D&D game world has gotten it right.))

Um... sure. "Lesser" gods. Whatever you desire, oh great one. :)
