Ahh... so by "bottom right" he really meant "low-down-but-not-quite-bottom right". Well, congratulations on your new honour.

Thanks. I'll try not to get villaneous urges. ;)
Kuahahaha!

Anyway, I've got a few plans:
One, retire the current heap thread, and replace it with a slightly better structured Rules/Mechanics thread.
Two, create an updated World/Geography thread, also with some structure (Cosmology/World/Regions/etc), with the help of the hard work of El Jefe (thanks, Jefe!)
Three, get the proposal wheel running a bit better. As Creamsteak did some time ago, I'll sticky a few proposal threads for the judges to look over with priority, replacing those where a consensus is reached.

Sound good?

Mine should be short, so you can create a masterpiece for when they get back if you like.

That could always work. Go Go Tag Team GMing!

(Though I've noticed that in PbP, when I think something should be short, it still takes a really long time )

Expect a flood of higher level characters to hit the RDI shortly! :D

My wizard just hit 3rd level (not approved yet), and is taking the Craft Wondrous Item feat. A few questions:

1. How strict Body Slot Affinities are used? Can you only make items as like in the DMG or can you make a Vest or Robe of Resistance for example?

2. Can you stick more than one ability in one item using the 1.5 times cost rule, or will these need to be reasearched and/or approved as completely new items?

3. If you can craft different items than in DMG and/or put more abilities in a single item, do they have to be somehow researched invidually or just approved by a judge or three?

I figure if you can craft anything different that exactly what's in the DMG, then every wondrous item crafted that differs from them will be approved case-by-case basis.
