Nah, holding out for a regular resurrection so Ashna(r) can be shaped and formed by the death. Of course, since now (s)he didn't actually die, that's a moot point.
Perhaps s/he briefly touched the realm of the dead and experienced her own death and afterlife during the disconcerting temporal exchange? Time works differently there--the brief touch could have seemed an eternity of damnation. Then you can feel free to do the whole shaped/formed by death thing.

Perhaps, as you brushed with death, you still heard the Shepherd's call? (Zephos) Plenty of people are shaped by near death experiences as well.

Is there really only 1 Chaotic Good deity? :(

Would it be unreasonable to be a paladin of a neutral deity?

Edit: Apparently there's only 3 CN gods too out of 35. What do you have against chaotic people?

There's a discussion of the gods around here somewhere, and a few were tweeked, but yes, that's all there is in the Chaotic non-evil department.

Yup. Frankly, I think that a few of the alignments of the deities before I showed up are quite unusual.

Although actually, 3/35 is not much less than average. Nine alignments. 4/35 would be more than 1 in 9. 3/35 is less than 1 in 9. Those were the two most likely by random chance.

Any you'd specificly care to try to correct?

We should revive the discussion thread on that.

There's one that begins with U and presides over such chaotic things as passions, loves, and secrets that has no business not being chaotic ;)

Ulura, N goddess of lovers and secrets.

That's the one I was thinking might be fun to be a paladin of freedom with.
