I noticed there were a few feats in the SRD hidden in the Divine section, such as Divine Might and Energy Substitution. Are those available for players to take?

They're almost all feats that have appeared in other books, and none of them seem exclusively Divine.

I mean the feats in the right most column too. Though if I can take Divine Weapon Focus I won't complain either.
There are some feats were we talked about to disallow them, notably Persistant Spell and Superior Expertise. SDAs are only available to your character if he or she is a deity. :p Other than that, since it's SRD, it's in (note that Unearthed Arcana, which is on both major SRD sites, is not in the SRD).

Thanks for reminding us about the issues, by the way. We ought to make a proposal, I think.

As are the feats in the psionics section, which includes several which are available to non-psionics users (like the one that gives 5 skill points).

Caster Level is not a requirement except for a few when it is listed as a requirement like weapons. All other times, it is the standard caster level for a "found" item. You can actually make a ton more than that (stat boosters, for instance)
I wish it were so, RA!

In fact, and I quote:
Dungeon Master's Guide 3.5 said:
For potions, scrolls, and wands, the creator can set the caster level of an item at any number high enough to cast the stored spell and not higher than her own caster level. ... For other magic items, the caster level is determined by the item itself. In this case, the creator's caster level must be as high as the item's caster level (and prerequisites may effectively put a higher minimum on the creator's level.)
Like I said, I wish it were so! :(

Hoody-hoo!

Now I'm a happy gamer.

This makes Craft Wondrous Item a much more appealing alternative, I woud think.

Cheers, all!

I've created a new email address just for ENWorld. It's %rae.ardgaoth%@gmail.com (sans the percent's). I've updated my email in the stickies, and you can always reach me at my old address, but I'd prefer if everybody use rae.ardgaoth for LEW business. Thanks!

(PS: We need to change the Avatar on this account. Not only is it ugly, it's incorrect. :p )
